      Mr., T. S. Branaman returned home after a visit to Indiana. – Mr. and Mrs.
      Nathan Clark and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Hayes Clark, Jr. – Mr.
      Arbor Coffey who has been visiting his brother is spending a few days with Mr.
      and Mrs. Hayes Clark Sr. – Mr. Edd Coffey of Richmond, Ind. spent this week with
      relatives in this place. – Mr. Wheeler Clark is visiting relatives at this
      place. – Miss Pauline McGuire spent Saturday night with Miss Geneva Coffey. –
      Miss Dorothy McGuire spent Saturday night with Mrs. Julia McGuire. – Misses
      Pauline McGuire and Edith Ballinger spent Sunday evening with Clercy and Mae
      Coffey. – Miss Evelyn Taylor spent Sunday with Ruth Griffin. – Mr. Shirley Ball
      of Berry is visiting his sister, Mrs. Nancy Ellen Clark. – Misses Glenna and
      Ruth Mason was the Friday night guest of Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Clark. – Mrs.
      Thomas Clark and Glenna Mason were in Mt Vernon Tuesday on business. – Miss Ruth
      Mason and Billy Mason were in Orlando Sunday. – Mrs. Anna Ingles spent Saturday
      with Mrs. Nancy Clark. – Mrs. Nancy Clark and Mrs. Jeanie Ball were Monday
      guests of Mrs. Anna Ingles.
      – Mr. Edd Coffey spent Saturday night with Mr. and
      Mrs. Robert Clark. – Mr. Vernon Coffey spent Sunday night with Mr. and Mrs.
      Thomas Clark. – The school enjoyed a Halloween party given Friday October 31 at
      the schoolhouse. We had games, contests and refreshments.

      Buckeye.
      – Mr. Edd Coffey of Richmond, Ind. spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs.
      Thomas Clark. – Mr. John Clark and daughter, Stella of Paris spent Saturday
      night with Mr. and Mrs. Taylor Clark. – The Sunday guests of Miss Evelyn Taylor
      were Clercy Mae and Geneva Coffey, Vonda Ramsey, Glenna Mason and Edith
      Ballinger. – Mr. Hayes Clark, Jr. spent Saturday night with Mr. Shirley Ball. –
      Miss Dorothy and Pauline McGuire spent Sunday with Miss Virginia Clark. – Mr.
      Shirley Ball of Berry spent Friday night with Hayes Clark, Jr. – Miss Novella
      Griffin is visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Claude Griffin. – Mrs. Anna Ingles
      entertained some of the young people of this place at her home Saturday night.
      Candy and popcorn was served and many good games were played. Those present were
      Geneva, Clercy Mae, Jesse and Edd Coffey, Martha and Jean Griffin, Dorothy
      Coffey, Glenna Mason, Evelyn Taylor, Vonda Ramsey, Edith Ballinger, and Dillard
      Abney. Everyone reported a fine time.
