his wife; John Proctor of Spts. Co., planter, and Sarah, his wife, to John
Mitchell of Fredksbg., Mercht. £35 curr. 150 a. in St. Geo. Par., Spts. Co.,
devised by the last will and testament of George Proctor, Deed., to his
daughter, Margaret, now the wife of Aaron Grigsby, and to John Proctor,
son and heir at law of the sd. George, the testator. M. Battaley, Jno.
Sutherland, Hugh Lenox. May 3, 1757.
June 3, 1765. George Sharp and Mary, his wife, of Spts. Co., to Thomas
James of Fredksbg. £35 curr. 150 a. in Spts. Co., part of a tract of land
devised by George Proctor, Deed., to his daughter, Margaret, who intermarried
with Elias Sharp, father of the sd. George Sharp, who is eldest
