  Elias Sharp; and that he was transported to Virginia from Newgate Prison in London (I can't find the record but I definitely remember that there was a record concerning him at the Library of Virginia). It is true that he married Margaret, the daughter of George Proctor. I have never seen a complete list of their children; but they had a son George, who lived in Caroline County, Virginia.There were other Sharps, who lived in King George County and you should check them out as possible ancestors. One was Lincefield Sharp, who may have been a relative of Elias. (Research): Oct. 23, 1735. George x Proctor of Spts. Co. to John Proctor and Elias Sharp of county afsd. 230 a. in Spts.
